Swan 39-030 ‘SEGRETARIO’ – Sloop for Sale
The Swan 39-030 ‘SEGRETARIO’ is a distinguished sailing yacht designed by Ron Holland and launched in 1980. Having had only two owners, the current owner has meticulously maintained the yacht, with annual engine servicing and various upgrades, including new batteries. The yacht has preserved its classic charm, making it particularly appealing to enthusiasts of vintage Swan models.
A significant refit was completed in 2024, which included:
Hull: Complete repainting below the waterline, including the keel, and above the waterline with new beauty and waterline stripes. Replacement of through-hull fittings and valves, along with related plumbing.
Deck: Full repainting of the deck and deckhouse, replacement of teak with non-slip material, renewal of side windows and acrylic glass skylights, replacement of the anchor windlass support, and overhaul of the bow snout, pulpits, and stanchions, along with replacement of Dorade air intakes.
Cockpit: Installation of new teak, repainting of the helm wheel column, and new Plexiglas instrument covers.
Deck Equipment: Replaced all stoppers and overhauled all winches.
Instruments: Installed new Garmin instruments for wind, log, and sounder, overhauled the compass, and installed new engine instruments.
Mast: Replaced shrouds, halyards, reefing lines, and sheets, overhauled the furling system, and changed the hydraulic vang oil.
Engine: Comprehensive service including replacement of filters and fuel pipes.
Interior: Replaced ceiling lights and toilet, along with various carpentry work.
Safety: Installed a new 8-person life raft.
Currently moored in Genoa, ‘SEGRETARIO’ is ready for her next adventure.
