The boat is now in exceptional condition for two recent and significant refittings.
In 2012/2013, the owner redid the teak deck, painted the hull and deck, added new side maneuvers, new engine, new watermaker, new A/C, new upholstery. During the second recent refit in 2020/2021, the owner carried out the following works/purchases:
New Nanni Engine mod. N140 (cruising speed 8.2 knots),

Rebuilding the base of the tree
Rigging control and replacement V2/stbd, V2/Port, stay
Painting shaft and boom/awl
Painting deckhouse and cockpit/tip
Revision of the jib, winch overhaul, vang overhaul, new B&G Vulcan9 plotter,
New B&G VHF with AIS
New Tecma freshwater toilets
New interior upholstery, mattresses and outdoor cushions
Painting dunnage, new Bimini and Spray-Hood
New removable carbon bowsprit
New carbon bath ladder
New carbon/teak folding gangway
New mainsail and genoa (hybrid fabric competitor)
New Don-boa
New batteries etc. etc.
